Incompetent service. Terrible communication. I made multiple calls to schedule an appointment to get a pre-collision sensor fixed or recalibrated, as well as get the AC looked at and get an oil change on a 2026 Ford Transit. After multiple attempts, I finally drove there to make an appointment. I should’ve realized this was a red flag at the time. Got in and out in less than a hour. Got to use my $25 off coupon sent out from BUICK . ( could have had a coffee ☕️ and soda machine like in the past) Great Service. Great people at the counter.

Very nice facility. I couldn't tell where to pull up, as there were no obvious signs other than the one for collision service. When I went in, there was no one in evidence to greet. The folks were very welcoming when they showed up, and set me up. The facility is very clean and modern. the only problem was that I was not informed that it would be a 35 minute wait before my car would be serviced. Otherwise, very nice. I will give it another try when needed.
