Josh Hartman did an amazing job for us. He was super friendly, attentive, and was there to help us. He listened to what we were looking for and was able to find us exactly what we needed and wanted for the price we were hoping for. Would absolutely go back to purchase more vehicles from him! Bought my first GMC at Jones & worked with Josh Hartman, & although Jones didn't have exactly what I wanted In the Acadia Josh went to work to find me the exact color & features that I wanted. Josh was great in responding to my texts & emails promptly & answered & explained all questions I had. Great experience & I love my Acadia! Would definitely recommend Jones & Josh to family & friends.
now normally i do not leave reviews, however i called to schedule for my routine service and i was devastated to hear that this dealership got rid of my advisor kaitlyn ! .. the worst thing they could have done ! highly disappointed .. unfortunately i have to take my services elsewhere !!
Took my truck here under warranty they stated they can not hear a noise in the power steering I picked it up drive down the road to sheets and can literally sit there turn the wheel and hear the noise from inside the vehicle loud and noticeable unbelievable for where I bought the vehicle to try to get out of warranty work, not to mention having to call 4-5 times to get someone on the phone!
