I want to thank Mark in Customer service and the mechanic for figuring out what was wrong with my Tahoe. Had it at a transmission shop and they messed up something and truck ran horribly. The mechanic and Mark figured everything out and truck is running really good again better than ever!. Transmission shop refuses to pay anything but I'm just glad I got my truck back. Have been a customer off and on for over 20 years. Bought a new 2500 and needed a service. Called many times and not once did anyone answer in service. Went online to make an appt and 6 weeks out for any service! Ended up going to another dealership. Decided to give another shot today for some accessories and checked hours. 8-4 for parts on a Saturday. Showed up at 10:30am and the parts department is closed and gate is locked.
