I have been going to Dr" Jones for over 30 years and he and staff have taken wonderful care of all my 5 cats who all lived to almost 20 years old. I now have another kitten and he too has great care from Dr's and staff and I would never go to any other Aniimal Clinic

Was this veterinarian's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this veterinarian promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Was this veterinarian's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this veterinarian seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough Did your pet experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

I had been taking my dog to this vet for years. Until recently, I thought he was receiving good medical care through Dr. Jones's office. I have recently moved from the area, however, and found out that the medication I have been paying for for the last 6 or 7 years is ineffective for the condition my pet has. (He has a chronic cough.) I have long suspected that there was at least partly a placebo effect going on with this, but I didn't realize it was entirely ineffective for his condition. Does this veterinarian give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

I had been to other vets in this area and every time I asked them a question, they seemed "put out" and really never gave me a clear answer. When I went to Dr. Jones office, I found the staff to be wonderful, but most importantly, he and the other vets in his office were more than helpful in answering my questions. Never did he or anyone there make me feel as if my questions were insignificant, and they addressed my concerns with respect and understanding.
