I can't say enough about this hospital! I'm very happy with the care they give my GSD and Persian kitten. The staff is extremely nice - which is odd coming from NJ where everyone is so pleasant ;) and Dr. Harris is amazing! I never feel rushed and my scheduled appointments are always on time. Jo Anne, the groomer is fantastic and pays attention to detail. She did a wonderful job on my kitten! All in all, you guys rock! :D

Terrible customer service. Half the time they answer the phone and put you on hold. I was running late for my appointment today and zero effort was made to accommodate me. May be time to find a new vet.
I have to say I've grown greatly disappointed in JBAH. I have driven from mid town to Alpharetta for the past 7 years to continue using them and to continue seeing Dr. Hilton and Dr. Harris. I use to love the individualized care we received and it was worth the drive. But the last two years it's begun to feel like we are just another record number. I leave two stars because at one time the service was exceptional. But today, its hurtful to say I am looking for another veterinarian.
The doctors and staff at Jones Bridge have cared for our furry family for many years. They have consistently provided excellent veterinary care and have done so with personal attention and genuine empathy. We wouldn't trust our family to anyone else.
Best care you could ever ask for for your 4-legged children! Been with them for years and they are loving, compassionate and conscientious!
