I needed some help attaching a mowing deck to a Cub Cadet. Called Jones boys and spoke with *** *****, he was wonderful! Explained what to do clearly and was exceptionally helpful.
I had gone in to get some parts and I asked why he had posted. His reply was "Because I can." I tried to ask him if he was prepared for the possibility of legal action if a customer was hurt because of his attitude when he got "huffy" and said "I'm not going to discuss it with you. I don't need your business. Get out!" and didn't let me finish. As I left, I told him that I would be sure to pass that information along and see that it was widely circulated.
Very happy with my my experience here! Great people to deal with and I love my new mower!
