Great service. Jay and a manager took care of us during an unexpected 4 tire replacement for our Subaru.
The Bel Air Subaru Parts department is the best I've ever been to. I have another Subaru dealership closer to my house but I go out of my way to come to this one instead. The guy at the counter is always knowledgeable, honest and helpful. They carry the 5 quart containers of oil, which not all of the dealerships do. I can't speak for any of the other departments at this location, but parts is spot on.
Purchased a gallon of antifreeze for my subaru crosstrek . Good friendly service. Would've gave 5 stars but 30$ for antifreeze seems expensive. Maybe I just haven't purchased antifreeze for a while. I was expecting $15-20.
Bought a new Forrester hybrid. Great vehicle for my wife. She loves it. Jones treats us well and we think they are above average.
