I always have an excellent experience at Bel Air Subaru. Everyone is kind and easily inspires trust. This visit, I was concerned that there was a small hole in one of my tires because I had to fill it with air several times. The Bel Air team found a small nail in the tire and patched, then refused to charge me for it or allow me to leave a tip. This was not expected or required, but just one example of why I keep coming back to Bel Air Subaru.
Willie our salesman was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions while Taylor, the finance manager, was very efficient. Great experience buying our first used car!
Elizabeth from Jones Used Cars was extremely helpful and was able to get me into a certified pre-owned vehicle w/ a significant extended warranty and free services including the Jone for Life. Also I couldn’t be much happier with the finance manager Luis. Both are personable, down to earth, honest, and family oriented. Is Jones Junction big, yes, but that shows the honesty and willingness to work with those who can be honest with themselves and not be shopping outside of their means.
