My wife and I purchased 2 new vehicles between Christmas and New Year’s Eve. The service we received at Jones Junction Nissan was Excellent!! From the time we walked into the showroom, our salesperson, Marquis, was very inviting and walked us through every step. My resent oil change resulted in additional mileage being put on my truck. I had about 3118 at check in but had 3209. Someone took a long test drive. My next service I will take pictures!
We had the best experience with Mason! I am a very indecisive person and he was going back and forth between vehicles for us, until I found the perfect one! He was patient and kind and down to earth, and never made me feel like i was wasting his time. We are definitely a life long customer!!
I went to Jones Bel Air Nissan and spoke to a man named Ray Washington Great guy he went out of his way to help me, He made sure I understood everything and I got the car I needed. I would tell anyone who needs a new car to go talk to Ray.
This place is great. I just got my second vehicle from here in less then a year. The people that work there are awesome, and very friendly. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. So far they have a customer for life with me. Keep up the great work
