Dr. Jones has an excellent bedside manner. Her staff are extremely courteous. She cancelled and rescheduled my procedure multiple times at the very last minute. I overall felt that this was unprofessional, as it reflects a lack of consideration for my time, which is valuable. Therefore, I decided to see a different periodontist. I don't doubt that she is a knowledgeable and capable periodontist, but I decided to see a different periodontist who could more reliably schedule and perform my procedure.
RUDE! Dr. Jones acted like she was doing me a favor instead of a job she is being paid for. She was ready to do grafting, which I later found out was NOT necessary.
Dr. Jones and her staff are amazing, I am so glad I found them as my DDS Dental office. I would highly recommend this office. She is very knowledgeable caring and over all flows up with every trip I show up with my progress. Excellent care thank you Dr. Jones and the staff.
Lied and said I had gum disease. Facebook me painful, expensive treatment. Went to a new dentist and they said I have no symptoms of gum disease.
Dr. Jones is extremely personable and courteous! She is also extremely capable as a dentist! I had my tooth extracted and it was quick and painless and she didn't even use nitrous oxide! Also she is definitely NOT 70!
I find Dr. Jones and her entire staff to be excellent. Not only are they adept at their jobs; they truly care about patients. It means so much that they all know me when I walk in the door. This is something you rarely find these days.
