**Extremely Poor Windshield Replacement Service** ZERO0️⃣ STARS0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ I recently had my front windshield replaced by Mr. Jones himself from [Jones Glass & Imstallation], and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Mr. Jones failed to properly install the windshield, neglecting to glue it correctly from the driver side to the passenger side. I received excellent service from Jones Auto Glass this morning ! They conveniently came to my home and serviced my car. I am grateful. I called yesterday for a quote and received next day on-time service and was amazed at how quickly the process went. The 3 gentlemen worked efficiently to get the job done. Jones told me he was coming in between 10 and 11 to fix my windshield. He didn’t call or show up. I finally got in touch with him and he said he would come at 5:30. He didn’t come at 5:30 either. He was referred to me by someone. I definitely wouldn’t recommend doing any business with him. Very inconsiderate of others time.
