Windsheild wasn't replaced properly and caused leaks in a my new vehicle. Owner was very slow to respond when I tried to have the issue fixed and I felt like the only reason the issue was corrected was because the dealership that I bought the car from paid for the replacement and Jones didn't wanna lose their business. Very disappointed with the customer service and quality of work. I would recommend finding a company that insures their work before doing business with this company.

**Extremely Poor Windshield Replacement Service** ZERO0️⃣ STARS0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ I recently had my front windshield replaced by Mr. Jones himself from [Jones Glass & Imstallation], and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Mr. Jones failed to properly install the windshield, neglecting to glue it correctly from the driver side to the passenger side. I received excellent service from Jones Auto Glass this morning ! They conveniently came to my home and serviced my car. I am grateful. I called yesterday for a quote and received next day on-time service and was amazed at how quickly the process went. The 3 gentlemen worked efficiently to get the job done.
