Been with them for nearly 11 years. Gone through dozens of brokers because they have ridiculous turnover. The current one won't return calls or send important emails she said she would. I'm SOL for insurance in a couple of days on account of that, and found out while shopping around that they listed me as at-fault for an accident where I got T-Boned by a stop sign runner, and never elected to inform me.
