Once we had our new windows installed by Jones & Associates, we wondered why we didn’t go ahead and order a new door! We ordered the door and while it took longer than expected to arrive, just like everything has taken longer post pandemic, we are so pleased with the door! We were truly impressed by the professionalism exhibited by Jones & Associates beginning with them sending an e-mail with photograph of the individual who would be coming to our home to provide the estimate. From that point we were notified every time one of their employees was dispatched to our home both by Jones & Associates but by that employee as well. The salesman explained the product in detail as well as the installation process and answered all of our questions.
