This man should not be in business. You can't be incompetent, lazy and have a business. The owner was here for 12 minutes. Measured nothing. Barely wrote down anything. Our lender knew the appraisal was so inaccurate they sent it to him to revise before we ever saw it. He pulled some outdated floor plan from the auditors site and used it, omitting an entire edition that had occured 20+ years ago!
