This man should not be in business. You can't be incompetent, lazy and have a business. The owner was here for 12 minutes. Measured nothing. Barely wrote down anything. Our lender knew the appraisal was so inaccurate they sent it to him to revise before we ever saw it. He pulled some outdated floor plan from the auditors site and used it, omitting an entire edition that had occured 20+ years ago! You did a VERY quick walk through..counted a bedroom as a den. We called you to make sure this mistake was not in the final appraisal and you STILL counted our 4 bedroom home as a 3 bedroom. The "den" has a closet and is 12x 12 ...I have seen much smaller bedrooms. I will be contacting the better business bureau and have contacted PNC .....they need to stop using you as you are more interested in being quick than being accurate. this company needs to go back to school to come to times of what a house is worth. how do you know what a place is worth when they dont even measure anything
these guys are trash!!! after 30k in upgrades they reappraised my house for 2k more than before the upgrades. they have no clue what a house is worth.
Friendly, on time, and I completely agreed with their appraisal.
