I was a new patient coming in and had made an appointment that I did miss due to an emergency. My appointment was in the am and I work night shift so I came home to an emergency with my dog. I called the next day to apologize and reschedule and they refused to accept me. I cannot believe they do not have allowance for even ONE exception, especially when that involves an emergency. If they lack that kind of compassion, I wouldn't want them caring for my teeth and me anyway. Adios!
