Cannot get them to remove lock box off of the house I purchased almost 6 months ago. They said the mat realtor dioes not work there anymore

I had a disappointing experience working with jazel . Communication felt unprofessional at times, and I didn’t feel respected as a client. There were moments where the tone came across as dismissive, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be. I believe professionalism and clear communication are very important in real estate, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.

Tim handled the unfortunate decision of selling of my family investment property with such compassion, grace and understanding.
