Recently lost a vehicle to a collision and had to purchase a newer vehicle. The crew at Jones took great care of me and listened to my needs. As a disabled Veteran and someone with prior dealership experience i had higher expectations. They hit the ball out of the park. I could not be happier with the service received.
Having been in the car industry for years previously i’m not always the easiest person to deal with. My salesman, Andy was an absolute gentleman and 100% transparent. After the initial return phone call and a few text messages I felt confident about making the hour and a half drive and the deal we agreed to.
