My appointment was at 11am, I wasn’t seen until 12pm. When I was finally seen by the doctor it was rushed. She barely took the time to thoroughly examine me. She did not listen to what i was explaining and just put a shot into my foot without explaining what it was or how it would help me. I left still in pain and she said she would send medication to my pharmacy which was never sent. I also called to reschedule an appointment today and the receptionist had a terrible attitude. Still haven’t received anything for My Son shoes it’s been over 3 1/2 months. No one has answered the numerous times I’ve called. No one has returned the call not even the email horrible horrible service will not recommend will not go to this place again.

I really am getting tired of trying to support the businesses in our community and always dealing with issues. This was my first visit and I am highly disappointed. I called to book the appointment and ensure the referral was there. After being on hold for some time, I was informed that they had the referral and we moved forward with booking the appointment.
