Dr. Russell, Liesl, and the entire team at The Russell Center were absolutely fantastic! I chose Dr Russell as my surgeon bc he told me that he had done the most “scarless” thyroidectomies of any surgeon in the US which sounded very convincing. Choosing a surgeon was the most difficult decision I have ever had to make and it ended up being the worst decision I have ever made. Jonathan Russell gave me hypoparathyroidism because he removed one of my healthy parathyroid glands damaged the other two and couldn’t find the fourth.
