From my first appointment for a knee injury to surgery, Dr Prinz and his staff were fantastic. Kristen made the whole process easy and explained everything regarding surgery and post op. She was amazing
My experience has been wonderful considering the circumstances. Dr. Printz and Kristin have been great as far as listening to my areas of pain, considering my needs, and promptly addressing the necessary changes of care I incur. Kristin has consistently went above and beyond to address my needs even while dealing with her own surgery and Dr.Printz listens to me and always makes the right decisions to get me back on track. 100% satisfied with the entire experience. Was able to get an appointment two days after my injury, and the following Monday I had surgery that went well. The reception staff was kind and efficient, the nurses were warm and accommodating, the PA was friendly, knowledgeable and explained things very clearly, as was Dr. Printz. Wonderful experience.
