From the moment I walked into the facility to when I exited, everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. I have no complaints about any of it.
This was my first time having an appointment at Crystal Clinic and meeting Dr. Kase and his staff and it was very comfortable. Everybody was very polite yet professional making it very easy to have my knee replacements performed by Dr. Kase
Dr Kase did an excellent job as well as the girls at Barberton Crystal clinic. My stitches were removed pain free thanks to their carefulness and patience. Their willingness to work with me regarding scheduling so i can visit the barberton office is much appreciated.
