Dr Hinz is absolutely amazing! So this review does not represent him. This review is all about Kathy, a nurse in his Shelby Twp office. The way she speaks to patients is inexcusable. She has scolded me twice now as if I’m a child. The 2+ hour wait times in this office is also a turn off. But Kathy is the reason why we will never return to this office. It’s unfortunate that such a great doc has such a miserable nurse to represent him. I would totally recommend the St Clair shores office over the Shelby twp office!
Dr Hinz repaired my right RTC and bicep October 3rd 2023 and I feel 100% better. I would refer him to anyone I know needing a procedure from an Orthopedic surgeon. Lastly, make sure you ask him about his hole in one last summer. Thank you Dr Hinz.
I just wanted to share my life changing experience with the staff and Dr. Hinz. My wife last year had an injury and ended up with surgery on rotator cuff and bicep, the whole process was amazing experience Dr. Hinz was just amazing, there are no words what a wonderful Dr. and person he is, open, honest and will set you down the best path.
