called 3 weeks ago about refrigerator. no one has showed up or even called. called Wilson's appliance repair and he got back with me the next day.

One of my employees has also been out of work for a month due to a injury in a automobile accident. I do sincerely apologize for not contacting you back. The Monitor heater we bought was like new and was about a fourth the cost of a comparable new heater. There was an issue with the existing venting in the house and Jonathan made two trips out to correct it. I highly recommend Jonathan.
