My girlfriend and I purchased a car back in July -\-\ we were first time buyers. We found a car that fit our needs and budget on their website, and went over the provided carfax report that was offered on the vehicle. It showed a clean history of maintenance and inspections. RecommendedExcellent service always❣️ Excellent service always, Are used to bring my car to dare years ago while living in the area and never had any problems. Had a few bad experiences with other places, so I now travel to bring my vehicles to DARE ONLY! They are very professional, honest, Great customer service and always does the best work on my vehicles. I’m so happy to be back in connection with DARE! They always take good care of me. It’s definitely a relief and a piece of mine.
Service was all over the place, the car battery was dead when I went to see the car. Grinding in the front, an wobbling on front passenger side. Not to mention a 3rd gear issue with grinding and not wanting to go into gear/pop out. No one ever contacted me, after they said they would check it out. I was super interested in the car, and was willing to work with the issues. But with no return or follow up, I passed on purchasing.
Dealer did follow up and was excellent. I decided not to purchase at this time.
Dealer doesn't even bother answering your questions. He went MIA after first communication and never responded to my email.
