Poor Patient ExperienceNo woman should ever have to say no to a man more than once. Dr. Kuo’s His techs repeatedly offered to compensate me for reviews with a massage gift card. One day I was there for treatment. He came in to the prep area with his phone blazing, recording me without consent. My experience with Dr. Jonathan Kuo was hands down the worst encounter I've ever had with a medical practitioner. On the day I visited the West Village office, his assistant did an intake with me and I immediately sensed something was wrong. Before I could even finish describing my symptoms and medical history, he started suggesting procedures - some of which he said were "diagnostic and therapeutic" as well as infusions, and various nerve blocks. I was in pain all the time and i was not able to walk far or exercise. Since i became his patient he’s helped me manage my back pain where now I’m walking 3 miles 5 to 6 times per week. I also started doing pilates and feel much better thanks to Dr Kuo. You’re AWESOME my Dear Dr KUO Thank You

Dr Jon Kuo is a young , hardworking and passionate provider. He is always researching and offering the best in pain management and more importantly strives for a holistic view of total health. I have received non streroid shots for shoulder and also have done physical therapy for shoulder as well as sciatic. Dr Kuo and staff has allowed me greater range of motion, comfort and has allowed me to avoid unnecessary surgery or deterioration!!!

Grateful that this clinic and the doctor is working on supporting research that can support access for more people in the future! Thank you Dr. Kuo. It works! It truly does. I am still getting used to it the day after - but the change is remarkable. Grateful!

Made me wait 1.5 hours to be seen. I spent more time with assistants than the actual doctor. He was not at all interested in any conservative treatments to help my back pain. He jumped right into expensive and unnecessary treatments just so he could get the most money. Then his billing office tried to charge me even more afterwards. Horrible experience.

Went for Stellate Ganglion Block @Hudson Health clinic in Greenwich Village, for my loss taste/smell from COVID. Was told cost is $1000 as ins doesn't cover it. I said fine. I read there was free consult. Then before doctor calls, another person calls and says it's a $200 fee. So I agreed and spoke to doctor a few minutes.
