Everyone in the office, minus the Dr, was very friendly and professional. However, I found Dr. Burton to be very rude. I have moderate dental anxiety which became a full blown panic attack in part due to the way he spoke to me. I was told my tooth could not be pulled without being fully sedated because,as he explained it, the decay had changed the composition of the tooth and it will not numb. 4 months later, Dr. Gustav did it with no issues at all. None. The entire experience was so much better
