I feel given the fact that the doctor was 2 1/2 hours late ,We thought we were rushed through the appointment. We were there for about 10 minutes and felt very unsatisfied with the time he allotted. I honestly feel if you’re going make a patient wait that long given you’re trying to find answers for family member with dementia there should have been more consideration . Given that this is Dr Beckensteins specialty, he should understand that families struggle and sometimes need a more extra time for questions.
Love Dr. Bekenstein. He's always so optimistic and upbeat. He tells it like it is, but always gives you hope that it will get better. The checkout personnel could be a little more accommodating and more pleasant!

Felt like I was actually being listened to. He explained things to me to where I could understand. He was very open with me. And had me laughing before I left. I am definitely comfortable with this office and Dr Beckenstein.
