Dr Agins is a professional, honest, thorough Dr. The clinic is busy and takes good care of patients. Dr. Rhodes, the surgeon is equally on top of it and clear. I think some people are just difficult and when I read reviews that they feel the Dr is rude I think thats unfair. These Dr's have to deal with all types of personalities and dispositions while trying to treat the patient's health issues. These Dr's are busy but thorough. We have seen this Dr.Agins twice now, first time walking into the office staff was unfriendly. From the receptionist to the back office Medical Assistants and Doctor himself. He walked in as if he hates his job, he just sat down without introducing himself and asked what were we there for. And then walked out to the hallway where he had us stand by his computer to explain the xray to us with other patients walking by and the rooms being next door we felt that he violated our HIPAA. I cannot express how much I appreciate and thank God for Dr Agins. I have just endured another horrible experience with kidney stones for the second time in 15 years. I went to the emergency room and endured the pain and nausea for hours before Dr Agins saw my lab work and insisted on having me moved to his hospital, Arrowhead Abrazo for emergency surgery. My stone was too big to pass and he put in a stent. Due to the infection I had to stay in the hospital 4 days. I will be going back to see him to finish my treatment. He w... read more
