Rude, unfriendly staff in a run down, dirty, outdated office in Perth Amboy NJ. Paint peeling everywhere, hair and dirt on floors. Doctor finally arrived to treat an excruciating abscess - all he did was cut me twice and squeeze. Caused absolutely horrible pain. When I told him I could feel the incisions he was making (despite being told I wouldn't) and crying from pain, he said 'really?'. He concluded that my best option was to go home and sit in the tub. I am looking to see where Dr Turkish is opening a new office. I want to keep him as my dr as he is a wonderful and caring. He is kind and never rushes you. He listens to your concerns and always offers his help. Please let us know where you are, we all need you! Hope you and your family are well!
The wait is always understood when going to your OBGYN appt but the wait at this office is borderline rude and unprofessional. Unfriendly staff (not everyone) and no urgency in follow up contact.
Awful. Waited over 2 months for an appointment . Waited 2 hours to be seen in a dirty, old, outdated, cluttered office. Front desk was horribly rude and unprofessional. They get away with this because they are the only gyno in a low social economic area, and definitely take advantage of people.
Doctors are good but the front desk so unprofessional I was told that they were gonna send some medication to my pharmacy which never did until now this was a few days ago been calling them no luck ,doctor told me I need an appt they never booked me for one ??????? They are very unprofessional I guess they never even went to school to be in that field ,I will change doctors soon not because they bad but because front desk is terrible assisting and they talk back ,they don’t care about anyone !!!
The office was packed. We waited more than 2 hours, when our turn came they called us in and the doctor leaves. This person has not respect and the staff is very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go to a different doctor.
