Seen a Ben bug . The sales representative accuse me possibly bring it in then accused someone else wouldn't take responsibility was very rude
We were very satisfied with our service at the local Portage store. The mattress conforms to my body yet doesn't feel too soft and returns to it's original shape. My wife has RLS so I like that we can not feel each other's movements. No disturbing the other person in bed. Delivery crew could have been a bit more friendly but we didn't have an issue.
I bought my mattress last year at Jonathan Stevens but just now getting around to the review. Best. Mattress. Ever!!! I have never slept so well! A friend of mine who used to work at Lazy Boy recommended them to me. No regrets at all and setting up the order was a breeze for my gel mattress. I really like the bamboo sheets they sell too in a beautiful sage green that goes perfect in our bedroom.
I thought going to a local company would be more expensive to buy a mattress because they make their own but I was wrong. Prices are legit and service was excellent. I went with the Trenten mattress which is a medium firm.
Bought a king size Regent Colindale and had to trash it. It started sagging for both my wife and I (who are average weight) after only a one and half to two years. Couldn't take the back aches any longer, very disappointed in this product.
I will try to make a long story short. This happened a while ago and I'm just getting around to writing this review. We bought a full mattress for my daughter, spent about $400. In just a year there was a deep body depression, even tho we rotated the mattress, same thing on the other side. When I called the store it was like a huge deal. They said she must abuse the mattress, etc. They said the depression needed to be significant, so I literally had to measure the depth!! It was nearly impossible to do.
