For the first time ever having major surgery I'd say everything from the surgery to the recovery process has been going well as can be.
Great staff who care for their patients wellbeing. Highly recommend.
I was greeted by Dr. Jonathan Shults, MD by being told "I'm not sure why they sent you to an orthopedic surgeon " and treated very rudely. I was told that I could only be treated with meds that I had already been given and brushed off as if because I am not currently a candidate for surgery (and do not want it) that it was a waste of his time. The entire process from setting up the appointment online to checking in at the front desk was very simple. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. James was very thorough during our consultation. I felt very comfortable and confident with the treatment plan.
Dr shults take care of his patients let's you know right away were he can help you doesn't string you along like some of the doctor's I've been too I personally think he's the best.
