To start, I don't enjoy leaving poor reviews but I want to share my genuine experience. I went to this office 4/28/26 in the morning and it was visibly dirty with fingerprints on the waiting room tables, a half empty water bottle, and no form of handicap doors to the office. I was on crutches, so it was hard to get the heavy door open and I can't imagine the difficulties for anyone wheelchair bound. I am beyond disappointed. I scheduled a 3:00 PM appointment, arrived early, and drove over an hour to get there—only to find the office completely empty. No staff. No doctor. No explanation. I was never notified of a cancellation. No phone call, no text, no email. Absolutely nothing. This was a huge waste of my time and incredibly frustrating. This level of disregard for patients is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. If an office can’t be bothered to show up or communicate, I would not trust them with patient care.

Dr. Wang and his team was very pleasant on find out the problem that was wrong with me left knee. The staff there are very friendly and nice and so helpful.
