Doctor Burke is an awesome dentist! So much so I would drive 30 minutes to use him. Unfortunately, he is not the best business manager and his front staff are either incompetent or don't have the correct tools to properly schedule patients. I took PTO for my appointment and was "texted" the day of informing me it was cancelled because I didn't respond to another text over a month ago. Dr. Burke was our family dentist for years, and unfortunately we had to move away. We were so sad to lose him, and his team! They are wonderful! I had such trust with Dr. Burke, and I have never trusted a dentist since! I’m so happy to see that he’s still practicing, because there are times when I consider driving the 3 hours back just to start up as a patient again!
Doctor Burke takes the time to explain what type of treatment you need in a way that is easy to understand.
Very disappointed!! I switched insurance and Dr. is no longer in network. They will actually get paid MORE by my new insurance, but aren't willing to write off the difference like they have to with contracted insurances, they would rather lose a patient.......I know they can charge whatever they want with non contracted insurances, I guess it is all about the $$
