I am not sure how anyone received a good experience but pay attention to the negative reviews more so than the good ones that are short and crisp... Rowe took a case that lasted 6 months that my new attorney was able to resolve with one phone call to the prosecutor. In one week my new attorney did what Rowe should have done months ago. I was able to walk away with just a reckless with fine and unfortunately the fine WOULD have been cheaper if Rowe actually negotiated with the prosecutor to begin with.
