Jonathan was determined to help us find the right rental within a short time frame. We recently relocated from SLC to Dallas and having Jonathan by our side as our realtor was a much pleasant experience than trying to figure it out on our own!
Jonathan was so patient with us when looking for a new rental house for our family. We had some things on our credit and he negotiated some things for us to get us in our new place. We have 3 small children and found a place that we all loved and was the best fit for us. I met Jonathan at an Open House, we were a first time home buyer and he let us know about the first time home buyers programs. He worked with us till our credit score was high enough to get a loan. Soon we'll be home owners. Everyone else was eager to work with us till they found out about our credit. Jonathan stayed with us till we were able to qualify. I'd highly recommend him.
