I was referred by my primary doctor to see Dr. Rhee. I've made two appointments, but neither time was he available, so I saw his Physician's Assistant instead. I've been waiting for 12 days for Dr. Rhee's office to get my prescription pre-authorized with my insurance. This should be a simple task, but the receptionist always says the same thing 'I'll leave a message with the nurse'. Expect to be on hold every time you call, and to not get any answers or call backs.
I had an appointment, made the year before at my last appointment, and when I arrived I was told that the doctor was not in the office. I had texts, emails and phone calls reminding me of the appointment, the last text was the day of the appointment. I had notes on my portal reminding me of my appointment.
