Thugs! They find ways to muscle money out of you, and most of them can't handle basic arithmetic when they do it. their properties are falling apart and one of the women that works there has her cop husband hang around every once in a while for the intimidation factor. This is a low income housing property management company that worked with HUD, I paid market value and they still gave me the same shpiel.
