Called to see about getting in to have my teeth looked at. Told the receptionist I have a Medicare advantage plan. Was then told that Medicaid (not Medicare) does not cover one for orthodontics past the age of 21 in the state of Indiana. When I reiterated that I have Medicare, not Medicaid, I was asked if I have that through my job. Literally did not know how medical insurance works through the federal government. Don't waste your time.
Awesome orthodontist and all his staff are very friendly and professional.
