I've had an unnatural fear of dentists my whole life, but I dropped my upper denture & broke it. It wasn't until I realized having to file them down(disgusting) just to keep wearing them & so they didn't hurt, it was time to do something. So my 1st appt was with White Oak Dental. They are great! They set me up with Dr. Dejong/Dr Knox. I went there & had 6 teeth pulled & after 6 -8 weeks I'll be getting full dentures. I loved the doctor that did it he was great and was in and out really fast and made sure I felt comfortable with everything they were doing but I had such a poor experience with the staff there. The nurses were extremely rude. One even raised their voice at me as I was still medicated but awake but pretty much yelled very loudly at me for not understand everything she was trying to say because it was complete nonsense and for me talking to much when most of the time when I was talking to my mother and she claims I hardly eve... read more
