Me and my husband moved to Texas due to military and found out I was pregnant and I wanted to make sure I had the best for my pregnancy and delivery and I picked the right one with Dr. Brough and his whole team. They are absolutely amazing so kind and helpful with all my questions always took his time at every appointment to make sure I was feeling ok and that I didn’t have any concerns or questions and was very gentle for everything and let you know what he was doing before just doing so. The billing department at this office is a complete nightmare! They ignore your concerns and insist on payments that aren’t even your responsibility, fully aware of it. You’ll keep receiving bills that your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) clearly states you don’t owe anything for! It’s utterly ridiculous! The appointments feel incredibly rushed—I've never had one last longer than five minutes! Dr. Brough, delivered my baby January 2023. He was the OB on call. His bedside manner was horrible during labor, and weeks later when I went into the ER due to complications from my labor (retained placenta). Felt like he didn’t care for my situation or what I was going through, very dismissive. Please do your research on ALL physicians at a practice prior to choosing it if you are pregnant. I see other bad reviews on Dr. Brough on Women’s Health Specialist of Dallas page, so I know I am not alone.
