First visit with Dr. Ou. He's very personable and easy to talk to. The staff are nice and the process is quick.
My wife and I selected Dr. Ou several years ago as our primary care physician when we changed insurance companies and our former physician was no longer in the network. We have both transitioned to Medicare Advantage. Dr. Ou is a younger physician, who stays on top of the current medical literature, which is important to us. He is easy to talk to, and it's generally possible to get a same-day appointment when necessary. We have been very happy with Dr. Ou and recommend him highly.
His office doesn't overbook patients so you don't have to wait in the waiting room very long. I went to see him without an appointment and he was able to see me right away. He listens and takes great notes of your condition. He urges you to call him if your have any questions or concerns. They utilize an e-health portal online and you can access your PHR.
