Facility is clean parking is easy but is cash only and they do not validate fyi but street parking is available close by. Staff was friendly and I had no issues with any of them. However the wait time was tremendously long. Appointment was at 3:30 I wasn’t seen until 5:45. But the PA was really great and was caring and listened to concerns. The x ray tech etc everyone was kind. The doctor was quick to the point and kind. My only complaint would be the wait time but I also am understanding but it just was really long.
I was fortunate to see Dr. Oheb after I slipped and fell on water at a grocery store, severely tearing my meniscus. I was in excruciating pain and unable to walk without discomfort. I was so glad to hear that I was a candidate for Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy. After the procedure, the healing progress was incredible. I was able to return to many of my regular yoga poses and easily walk up the stairs to my home. I am deeply grateful for his vast experience and knowledge.
Their staff is hot and very Engaging. Dr. Oheb fixed my carpal tunnel and I’m very thankful to him. The only complaint I have is that their appointments are not on time.
Was awful wasn’t able to get an appointment even though they had my referral and information, then to top it off as I’m trying to get information on why the receptionist said thank you for understanding and hung up on me, if you get referred to this office I suggest you contact your insurance and switch to a different doctor.
Can't say if good Dr. Or not I didn't finish treatment. What I didn't like is that even if you have an appointment they still keep you waiting 2to 3 hrs. I had written a review about it and I was call to office and I was told in order to see the Dr. I will need to delete the review that I had just posted 5 minutes. I guess the long long waiting is because they're reading the reviews. The front desk Excellent customer service.
