Dr. Hamilton has always shown great empathy and a sincere level of interest.
Dr Hamilton is absolutely great. He is a compassionate person who treats me with great respect

Visit went very well. Dr. and nurse clearly explained issues/previous result and I felt very comfortable with them.
He coordinates with other doctors/urologists on tricky and rare surgeries. To me this means a lot. I feel confident about my upcoming surgery knowing I'll have 2 very competent and professional surgeons working on me.

I have tried to get an appointment with Dr. Hamilton several times but since Vidant took over the practice it has been impossible. Three doctors left the practice and now they have only two real doctors. I really wish someone would tell me who to go to even if it was in another town who is a great surgeon. It looks to me like if you call to the Doctors office and you are having serious issues they would work you in instead of just working you into an appointment when in two weeks. I am losing confidence in this office fast.
He treated me for Bladder Cancer. He explained everything that was going to happen and any side effects that I might have. During the biopsy he told me everything he was doing as he did it. That was very comforting. Before he did anything, he told me what he was going to do. He is a very caring person, I would recommend him to anyone!
