I have been a patient of Dr. Byrd's for many years. He is always attentive, a problem solver, compassionate and patient. He is very responsive through the patient portal. The wait time in the waiting and examining rooms are brief.
This clown is not a doctor - he is an intake tech. He only does scheduled appointments to check the basics. Anything else, he sends you to Urgent Care. My previous M.D. would see sick patients at the end of the day to evaluate and treat, but Dr. Byrd leaves you to the wolves. Total neglect of the Hippocratic Oath.
Dr. Byrd is medically very well informed, compassionate, and attentive to his patients. He has always been willing to answer my questions and is very clear in his explanations. The wait in his office is always brief. He is very responsive through the physicians portal. At 82 I have seen many doctors and Dr. Byrd has given me the highest quality of overall medical care. Of course quality of medical care is the most important but with Dr. Byrd you get the added bonus of liking your doctor as person.
Dr. Byrd is well prepared, but has his own agenda. I asked him to look at a painful spot that I was concerned (based on past history) could turn into an infection. He told me it was nothing and to put some Vaseline on it. Three days later I went to urgent care with an infection so serious the doctor considered admitting me to the hospital for IV antibiotics. He truly cares about his patients. He is great in responding through the Portal. Is an excellent and thorough doctor.
Dr. Byrd is a very caring doctor, which is hard to come by nowadays. He truly cares about me not only as a patient, but as a human being as well. I found him out of pure luck, and I'm so glad that I did. He always explains things to me in great detail. I never feel rushed during my appointments. Dr. Byrd is always very punctual and professional. He is a phenomenal physician!
Dr. Byrd is just so kind & considerate; Also so knowledgeable . I just had 1st visit as new patient. The decision to switch from former doc I had had for a long time, was scarey. Best move I ever made...feel I'm in the right place with a very good doctor.
