Estuve ayer visitando el doctor ,y desde que llegué a hacer el check in fue todo una bendición,el enfermero que me acompañó hasta que me recibió el doctor quien me explicó todo muy bien con mucho profesionalismo y humanismo .Agradecida con el trato y atención del personal
Dr. Melzer was amazing with my 2 week old daughter that came in for a frenectomy due to a tongue tie. He explained the procedure and risks/benefits, and did not rush through her appointment and was quick but gentle and patient! All the staff at the office as well were very friendly especially Dr. Melzer’s MA. I highly recommended this office to any one looking for an ENT.
