I was told I would have some weakness in my legs for a short period of time after receiving two cortisone shots in my glutes. I could feel nothing from the waist down for 26 hours. After that I had to use a walker for five hours. They sent me home like that. It took three calls to the clinic to get a call back. I feel I was given too much anesthetic.
