After buying REALLY expensive glasses, the lenses cracked in less than a week. Took my new glasses away for a month to replace the lenses. It's happening again now, but I can't be without glasses for a month again. They offered no solution and I keep having to pay to replace the lenses. Tried to talk to a manager, got the run around. Not going back here. Nice people, bad management, faulty product. UPDATE.... 9/8/25 We will never be going back there. There will not be a "next" time. The staff is wonderful. Competent , friendly and well organized. All medical staff is amazing. Always prepared to answer questions and reassuring
