I had cataract surgery and trifocal lenses implanted just over one month ago. NO more glasses for reading OR distance; NO MORE glasses or contact lenses!!! Hurray!! I must add that EVERY employee I interacted with for my surgery and follow ups were AWESOME, nice, caring, personable, and VERY professional! Dr Frantz is the “Wizard of Eyes”!! Thank you Dr. Frantz AND TEAM Frantz
After buying REALLY expensive glasses, the lenses cracked in less than a week. Took my new glasses away for a month to replace the lenses. It's happening again now, but I can't be without glasses for a month again. They offered no solution and I keep having to pay to replace the lenses. Tried to talk to a manager, got the run around. Not going back here. Nice people, bad management, faulty product. UPDATE.... 9/8/25 We will never be going back there. There will not be a "next" time. It's pathetic that I have to call you agai... read more
I did not have Dr Frantz. His staff was very good. Clair Meyers did most of my exam.
