My 2yo is a new tricare patient. We arrived on time, provided social, DOD and a benefits number but ended up waiting 50 min while they figure out insurance. Mind you all this information was provided at the time the appointment was booked. My 2yo sat in the lobby going out of her mind for almost 2 hours. We watched a woman come in after us, get seen and scheduled for another appointment all while waiting for nothing. OH MY GOSH!!! What a pleasant visit/experience professional yet personable. ...I had gone to another podiatrist and was so upset and disappointed he was only in the office for maybe 5 minutes. Didn't give me a chance to ask any questions I had to look him up to remember what he looked like..so I searched for another doctor and found Dr Lorenzana!!!!!!....he is soooo nice informative and patient...he explained my different options and answered my questions and concerns he really made me feel so much better and put me at ease ... read more
Disappointed so far with their communication, a client highly recommended this clinic to me and i was excited to book an appointment for me and my mom but now i have no idea how they have such a high rating. My mom has had a toenail fungus for over 10 years and this has been her last hope to get rid of it. I have more of a minor problem, i went ahead and booked our appointments for 9:00 for me and 9:30 for my mom. The day of our appointments i entered their clinic name on my iPhone maps and it took me to their south side loc... read more
