Johnathan was one of the worst Realtors I've ever had. He never once came to the property in 6 weeks. He tried to get me to lower my price from $313,000 dollars to $275,000 dollars. I have a 2 bedroom, but he was using comps for a 1 bedroom. He's very manipulative and not honest. He's not yo be trusted.

Recently bought a house in Elk Grove. I didn’t know anybody in the area and relied heavily on my realtor, Jonathan. He made the buying process a lot easier for me as he has a network of people that he recommended who made things a whole lot easier. He is on top of things and is very proactive. He’s very professional in the way he communicates. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
