Great experience always. Dr. Prenner is great!! So is the staff!
I have always had a good experience. Dr. Prenner is very professional; but also a courteous and kind physician. The staff is courteous. I also appreciate that there is not a lot of unnecessary chatter among the staff. I dislike going into any office and feeling like I'm at a free for all. It's very disconcerting.
Dr. Prenner is a very compassionate and thorough Dr. He listens to all of your concerns and explains things in a way that you understand. I have been seeing him for over 14 years.
He’s very personable and professional. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. I really like him and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has retina issues. Thanks Dr. Prenner!
