The ladies at the front desk were professional. The person that took my vitals, made me feel comfortable. Dr. Kushi was professional, patient, thorough, thoughtful, and had a kind demeanor. The young lady that took my blood was amazing. I normally have issues with people finding a vein without causing pain. I felt nothing with her. She did an outstanding job. I give the whole staff a perfect score across the board.
Dr. Kushi is patient and a great listener. He makes time for discussion and explanations. He is also very caring. He is worth the wait- which occasionally happens; but I feel that is because he does not rush through his appointments. I think that is important!!
